Final important details for your appearance at the Powertage
Set-up, dismantling & parking
Before and after the exhibition, we have arranged special set-up and dismantling times for the exhibitors. You can also enter the exhibition halls earlier during the exhibition. You can find the exact times and directions here.
Set-up times for exhibitors
Monday, 16.05.2022: 07:00 a.m. – 22:00 p.m.
Dismantling times for exhibitors
Thursday, 19.05.2022: 17:00 p.m. – 22:00 p.m.
Friday, 20.05.2022: 07:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Exhibitor access during the Powertage

You can order parking tickets for the Zurich Exhibition Hall parking garage via the order form until May 04, 2022.
Registration of booth staff
Please note that all booth staff must be registered in the portal before the Powertage commence.
Summary of the quotas:
Fee-based vouchers for one-day guest passes, depending on the package booked*.
- 10m2 = 4 units
- 20 m2 = 8 units
- 40 m2 = 16 units
- 60 m2 = 24 units
Exhibitor ID cards/booth staff passes
Free exhibitor passes, depending on the package booked* incl. entry to the Powertage forum.
- 10 m2 = 3 units
- 20 m2 = 6 units
- 40 m2 = 10 units
- 60 m2 = 15 units
Exhibitor passes are stored as permanent passes. Please let us know in writing if you prefer day passes due to changing booth staff.

We sent it to you with the Event Planner 3 dated XY and then again via email. Please contact Ms. Stefanie Pfeil directly.
Wi-Fi access
Public Wi-Fi is available in the Halls for visitors of the Powertage. However, if you would like to present or download larger data quantities or documents, we recommend that you order a separate, faster Wi-Fi connection at the Service Center in the Halls. You can also additionally order a LAN connection via the online order form.
We have extended the deadline again for you to order services: You can place your order until 04.05.2022.
Utilization of the catering zone
There are central networking and catering zones set up in the two Exhibition Halls for all exhibitors and visitors to the event. Meals and beverages are included in the participation package and in the admission ticket. We recommend that your booth staff take their lunch before 12:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. as there is an increased demand by visitors between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Address for parcel delivery
To have parcels delivered to your stand, they must be sent by EXPRESS or DHL/UPS delivery to the address below. Please note that someone needs to be present at your stand to collect the parcel. Here is the exact address:
